A comedy about a mad scientist, Dr. X, who is engaged in a mission to invent a new biological weapon by using a Butoh dancer. He believes that the key to a successful invention is 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration. It portrays both the purity and foolishness of the man whose only joy is to create great inventions no matter what they may be. The dance is accompanied by mysteriously dark electric guitar melodies.
