Vincent grew up in Washington, D.C., where he began his dance career at the age of five. After studying at the Chicago Academy for the Arts, he moved to New York to study at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and the Joffrey Ballet School, and currently he studies with Carolyn Lord.
He has worked with many choreographers, including Lucinda Childs, Jeffrey Bauer, Karen Reedy, Peter Kyle, Daman Harun, Helen Pickett, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Laura Scozzi, Sean Curran, Ariane Anthony, Mark Morris and Dusan Tynek.
